Always nice when this happens the day after you install it a customers...
Update: Sounds like a possible issue with language versions. So if you install Fix pack 1 (2nd attempt) on a French Sametime server, you'd end up with English test resources and stuff. So it looks like it might be ok if you're using an English server.
