To help someone else in case they come across this and waste some time...

Having setup the SSL certificate on the server, I started to hit a few DBs via HTTPS to see if everything worked OK. One of my DBs kept coming up with the notification message:

No problem I thought, I bet I am just referring to a graphic or something via HTTP vs HTTPS. Viewed the source, did a search for HTTP and nothing, OK a relative URL, let me click on each graphic and check it's property, nope all correctly coming from HTTPS. So what was causing the message? Well it turns out the issue was an iFrame. In the iFrame I was not setting a src as I was setting it later via JavaScript, turns out this was the problem, so I just set the src to a blank form in the database and the error went away.
