I attended an event in Boston today hosted by Premiere conferencing. Premiere are the company who have recently integrated their telephone conferencing system into Lotus Sametime with the Audio Bridge. They've done a nice job. I've for a long time thought the integration of IM and telephony systems is a no brainer, these guys show how the two can work so well together.
