What Meetrix have basically taken Sametime meeting services and enhanced (really enhanced) the video and audio support within it. They came and gave us a demo a couple of months ago and I was really impressed. Some of our customers didn't find the idea too appealing because it's a hosted service, and they want to do everything internally. But it shows what can be done with good Audio and Video combined with Sametime. What I always find interesting is they never mention they use Sametime on their site, but that's what's doing the screensharing and chat etc. Still they've done a nice job of extending it.
