I thought it might be nice to send one Microsoft's way. One of the issues Microsofts Corporate Windows Messenger client is that it has a limit on the number of people you can have in your buddylist, which is right now about 150 people. Not a problem I hear many of you say, who has 150 people on their buddylist?
Well I know I do, but the real issue is not that the limit is 150 people, the real issue is that it doesn't allow you to provide awareness for groups of people. So Sametime has a limit for the number of people in it's buddylist too, but most people never hit it as they add public groups to their buddylists. No such thing in Microsoft, makes that migration of Sametime buddylists to Microsoft Buddylists a little complicated...
