I had some friends that worked there, note the past tense. They've gone from about 35 people to 22, and have removed almost all focus on Sales and Marketing, and cut back to development. This is the risk of VC funding, you get all this money to grow really quickly, but if you don't grow your customer base quickly enough then you're screwed. It's a tough decision and one we grapple with all the time.
