Laptop computer product idea
Category None
So I had one of my whacky ideas last night waiting to fall asleep. I get sent a lot of NDAs, Beta agreements etc. that I need to sign, it used to be that I didn't have a physical fax machine just a fax modem in the computer. So I'd get these documents, print them out, sign them and then scan them back into the computer to fax them back out. So I got to thinking, why is it that I print these things out? The answer 9 out of 10 times is to sign them.
So how could I get around this, well obviously I can keep a scanned copy of my signature on my machine, but how about this as a simple alternative, someone writes a small little application that interfaces with the touch sensitive pad on a laptop (if these things are sensitive enough) that lets you sign the pad on the laptop and it grabs that as your signature?
I don't actually have a laptop with one of these pads because my chubby hands keep catching them when I type, but it could be helpful for someone else.
