Yes my guests for the next couple of weeks have arrived, I drove down to Boston to get them last night. I was impressed they have finally finished turning Terminal E in to what can finally be considered an international terminal, with high ceilings, clear signs and easy curbside access in a car. Their flight was on time, and they were welcomed by our annual big Spring rain, which looks like it's going to continue for the next few days. They'd all been upgraded to British Airways World Traveller Plus, which is basically the equivalent of an American Airlines coach seat I think for leg room.
Driving through the toll booth on the way back I asked for a Roll of tokens, little Philippa sitting in the back of the car who was obviously a little zonked out because it was effectively 4am for her, thought I was ordering a sandwich from the guy, as in a bread roll. So when we drove away she informed me I had forgotten my roll. Nice idea though.
This morning, even after keeping them up till really late, they managed to wake me up at some ungodly hour because they needed help to turn the TV on.
Philippa's birthday today, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY Philippa! She went to IHOP for pancakes.
