So update on the Sametime Everyplace Server and the Blackberry RIM. Well today, with no changes on the server the RIM can now login as a WAP client to Sametime, hoorah I say, but then when you try Sametime over a WAP interface, it really isn't a very satisfying experience, which is more to do with WAP that it is to Sametime Everyplace.
The Sametime Everyplace folks think I might need a RIM BES server to make Step work with the MIDP client that is now available, I really hope not as it would be great to be able to get this running straight across ATT without any other systems.
In between packing and various other things I managed to watch "The life of David Gale", I originally thought this was based on a true story, but it turns out it isn't. It's one of those movies that really makes you think, if it had been based on a true story it would have made you think even more. I'd give it 3 1/2 out of 5 so not a bad movie, so a good movie for rental. If you're wondering, I very very rarely give anything a 5 out of 5, including movies.
