The old folks are getting fidgety

QuickImage Category
Been getting grief from the parents for not posting the diet results, this was exactly the reason why I told my sister not to tell them about this blog, oh well she can hear my dissatisfaction when I see her in approx a week.

Anyway, here are the latest diet results, still not met the first goal weight, but the weight is still coming off, if somewhat slower than I would like. So since the start date of August 1st 2003, I have lost 11.82% so still have 3.18% to go, for English folks I have lost just over 3 stone, for Americans do the math

What I do wonder about, is if I was carrying around 8 bags of sugar all day I'm pretty certain I'd notice if I got rid of them. but so far I haven't noticed anything, oh well just means I have a lot further to go.

Gravatar Image1 - I have a request:
Could you please post the diagram 1. january 2004? :)

Gravatar Image2 - Hey I noticed the diferent in your face on the WEB cam the other day and its 21 bags of sugar not 8 (1 bag = 2 lbs). I'm very impressed

Gravatar Image3 - A bag of sugar is 5 lbs I think

Gravatar Image4 - As I've told you before I di not tell the old folks about your web site - they were here when you told me about it!!
Anyway congrats on your weight loss can't wait to see the new you and get some tips!

Gravatar Image5 - Still not buying it Sis, you did not make me aware they were reading over your shoulder. What ae big sisters for if not to take the blame?

Gravatar Image6 - Hmm - maybe the bags are bigger over there but in the UK a bag is 1Kg =2.2lbs

But congrats on your loss (that doesn't sound quite right...)
I think it might be time to dig out the sponsered diet form from many years back

Gravatar Image7 - I still have a long way to go before I get to the sponsored diet weight, although that guide dog is still waiting to be sponsored.

Gravatar Image8 - It's Too Late, The Puppy Still Got It Carl !!

Carl - remember when you started the sponsored slim for guide dogs for the blind ?? And you gave up after a few weeks and the poor guide dog puppy was no more ?? Well, its just too late to try making up for that now !

Anyway. I hope you feel better for the diet thing !
cheers, Mike
