Presenceworks no more?

Presenceworks was a company promising to bring AOL presence awareness into Microsoft Outlook, their site is no longer responding, does anyone know if they are history?

A working commerce application of PresenceWorks is showcased online at http://www.instantwork.com , a site operated by PresenceWorks. InstantWork.com is the first freelance marketplace to use presence so that buyers can see which registered workers are online and available at any given moment. The site also uses PresenceWorks' related instant messaging tools.
