The real reason people copy CDs and DVDs

Category
So I am always reading about how the entertainment industry is suffering because of CD and movie downloads. I think they're wrong, the reason why sales of CDs and DVDs are declining, is because nobody can get the bloody packs open when they buy them!!!

The other day I bought the Lara Croft II DVD which was on sale (I was disappointed there was only about 5 minutes of her in that sexy shiny silver outfit, very upsetting), it took me about 5 minutes to get the pack open to get the damn thing out. I wonder if these media executives have studied the purchasing experience for a customer? If they had, I am sure they will have noticed that the time to open the case is about the same time it takes to burn a CD.

Now I'm an able body person with two fully functioning hands, how does someone less able bodied ever get to play the things?

I also hate the plastic packaging more and more products are coming in, the kind of packaging you get a cell phone charger in. I swear this packaging is used, just so it makes it harder for people to return goods, either that or they're working with the people that make knives and scissors.

Does anyone else have these issues?
