Someone turned off the heating in New England during the night Friday. Today was one of those glorious blue sky days that would freeze the nuts of a brass monkey. I actually don't mind the cold New England Weather, in fact winter is probably my second favourite season after Autumn. The bright blue skies and coldness are really exhilarating.
The weather as it turned out was great for viewing tonight's Lunar Eclipse, even with the ambient light from Boston the sky was very clear. I took some pictures, but the moon looked so tiny in them there really wasn't any point in saving them.
Note to Tony in Australia: Sorry you missed it mate
but then you do have the Rugby World Cup instead!
