Thursday Diet Check In...

It's Thursday so that can mean only two things, it's dustbin day and diet check-in. Why did I choose a Thursday as diet check-in? I have no idea, anyway, this week I lost 0.86%. I can't tell where it's gone from, but this is much better than the last two weeks. I moved off Atkins last week and have been eating lots of fruit and less meat! I'm staying away from potatoes, pasta and bread, as I do think starchy foods stick to my insides and never let go until they have been fully assimilated into fat cells.

The next few weeks will be hard work trying to get back on track with my little chart, especially after the detour for the last two weeks. More next week.

Oh and the total lost so far is 6.21%
