It's Thursday which means it's diet checkin

Well again, with no straying of the Atkins diet another crappy week for weight loss, so from now on I am on the DASH diet, which I have had good results from previously and I think is probably a much more balanced diet than Atkins, plus I can eat fruit again YEAH! Not eating fruit has been especially tough on the Atkins diet, as there have been some gorgeous looking plums and nectarines (and I really do mean fruit) in Stop and Shop lately which are always right there when I walk in, so finally I will be able to satisfy my fruit craving, that will probably be my first stop tomorrow morning.

So this week I basically lost 0.29% which if I was Twiggy would be a good amount, but as I'm not it just doesn't cut it, and my trend line and target line are way too far apart, so the next couple of weeks will really test if I can get back on target. So te grand total loss to date is 5.36% in 6 weeks.
