Week 4, diet check in...

Things continue to tick along nicely, with a weight loss this week of 1.31% and a total weight loss of 4.79%, so I'm still tracking nicely against my little chart. This week involved lots of pork chops which have been on sale for a great price at my local stop and shop, and more exercise, with things such as the tennis against my friend from England and a few more walks.

The walks have been fun this week, I live next door to Tufts University, and lots of new students have been arriving, the scenery (nudge nudge wink wink) walking around campus is really quite enjoyable.
