England 3 - Croatia 1

Well that's the good news, but it was a friendly game so it really makes no difference. Sadly Wales, the land of my father, lost 1-0 to Serbia & Montenegro, which means that Wales have made things a little harder for themselves in the European Qualification race. Which is a shame as Mark Hughes has done a fantastic job since he tool over the Managers job, and Wales are looking the best they have ever looked.

I would like to thank the BBC for having the game on-line on Radio 5 Live, I would not like to thank Peyton who interrupted me so I missed the last two goals though

Shameless plug for Welsh tourism, if you have never been this is one of those places you must visit, on a clear day (probably 4 or 5 of those a year), North Wales is one of the most beautiful places in the World. If you dont believe me you can check out their website, for Americans it has all the stuff you love, ie old stuff, castles, a cute foreign language etc . To English people they offer well uhm lots of rain, rugby and Aled Jones.

Nice penelty by Mr Soap as well. Anyway, did you see Norway? We played 0-0 against losy Scotland, which I believe is ranked on the level of New Zealand on the UEFA list. Norway has been under a huge critic the last year, as we play lousy soccer, but the coach still believe himself that we play "well". Last night, we played "ok", through the midfield, and quite ok, but couldn't get the goal to win. Scotland sucked bigtime. Didn't cound ONE lousy attempt on goal. Eventhough, I want our coach sacked, NOW. He's no good for our team. We have so many talented and good players on our team, but we suck. Hopefully we'll see some change soon, as we really need to qualify for the European Cup....
