Jury Orders Microsoft to Pay $520 Million

It amaze me sometimes what can get a patent, the other day I read about a kid that had the US patent office issue a patent for how to use a kids swing as no one had patented it before, with this type of embedding technology, there were prior examples of this long before 1994, it was in Notes years before it appeared in browsers, in fact Lotus Jazz (an early graphical office suite for apple Mac from Lotus) had embedding of objects way back in something like 1989? and even as backwards as MS Word is, it has been able to embed objects for years; anyway back to my point, as much as I would like to see Microsoft giving out their money, the only thing I can see about this patent that is unique is that it says browser, is that really patent worthy? We'll see how this one goes on appeal...
