Good news for Trillian users...

QuickImage Category
I was chatting to someone at Trillian today concerning an issue I was having with AOL names not appearing online. It turns out AOL has a limit of 200 users in a buddylist, and yes you guessed, I have too many buddies. So I had to remov some people, fortunately they wont know, and they can still IM me etc. So I don't think anyone will be insulted by not being on my buddylist any more.

So the good news is that I have spoken to Trillian before about helping them support Sametime etc. and they kept telling me they needed to do their Plugin environment where they could plugin other IM Systems etc. first before being able to offer Sametime support. Well the good news is they have done this work, and they are now working on the IM plugins, They already have one working for Jabber, but the really good news is they are working on the one for Sametime. Hopefully it wont be too much longer. I obviously use the award winning Instant TeamMessenger for my day to day Sametime needs, as it integrates tightly with my outlook e-mail and calendar, but I log into other Sametime connects as a lot of users with the /Multi option for testing etc. So if Trillian continues it's usual model of being able to login to the same system as multiple users I can see this making my testing much easier.
