Updated test page

A few people wanted to change the fonts used, background colours etc. of the test page for Sametime. So I've posted an updated version that includes:

  •  A CSS file that you can change things such as the font and background colour in. 
  • The size of the tick and cross are no longer hard coded, so you can change those images and the images will display correctly.
  • The table width is not set to 100% versus a hard coded width, so the page can be easily dropped into an iFrame.
